When the relaxed island lifestyle of the Maldives meets the aspirations of high-end urban living, a new residential paradigm begins to emerge. Guided by the concept of “Hefei meets Maldives,” the design draws deeply from the spatial atmosphere and resort experience of ultra-luxury island hotels, establishing Hefei’s first island resort-style high-end residence.

Here, the composure and ritual of a world-class resort are no longer distant ideals but are embedded throughout the landscape, permeating every layer of space and daily life.

The project creates an immersive residential landscape structured as “One Axis, Two Cores, One Ring, and Four Islands.” The axis organizes sequence and spatial rhythm, the dual cores concentrate diverse landscape experiences, and the ring connects four distinct garden environments, forming a continuous island-inspired spatial system.

Within this framework, every return home becomes a poetic island journey, and everyday life is elevated into a refined and immersive landscape experience defined by clarity, rhythm, and spatial continuity.
