The Hongkun Eminence Mansion Community Clubhouse-Showcase Center sits on the roadside eastern section of the overall residential community masterplan and occupies the central zone of the neighborhood. Its’ southern side adjoins the commercial street. It serves as the primary pedestrian entrance and the key visual facade of the whole community.

Its’ interior functions are designed to accommodate residents’ daily life, recreation and leisure activities, delivering an integrated living leisure entertainment lifestyle circle for property owners.

The facade design of the showcase center draws inspiration from the triple layered eaves of the Prayer for Grain Hall (Qiniandian) at the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, a classic piece of ancient Chinese architecture. By adopting contemporary materials including grey metal roofing matched with champagne toned under eave finishes, the building achieves a lightweight, elegant appearance alongside an imposing, soaring momentum.

Moreover, the front elevation is laid out with seven bays. According to Yingzao Fashi (the Song Dynasty building manual), a seven bay layout was originally permitted only for imperial relatives and ennobled officials. This bay configuration, once exclusive to noble mansions, symbolises prestige and luxury, and conveys an exclusive home coming temperament befitting high end luxury residences.

Materials comprise Prada green luxury stone, Italian yellow wood grain stone and glass curtain walls, which jointly bring forth a modern and stylish character.

For its landscape scheme, the water feature inside the sunken courtyard echoes the overhead water curtain. Encircling covered corridors connect the above ground and underground landscapes for visual interplay, evoking the charm of Jiangnan classical gardens.
