When baking, the process of making dough, then moving the dough to a piping bag and squeezing it out of a piping bag is overly complicated and uncomfortable. The dough can be spilled everywhere and it can make kitchen messy. As a result, leftover ingredients in bowls and piping bags are unnecessarily wasted. Disposable piping bags pollute our earth.
