About The Entry

When baking, the process of making dough, then moving the dough to a piping bag and squeezing it out of a piping bag is overly complicated and uncomfortable. The dough can be spilled everywhere and it can make kitchen messy. As a result, leftover ingredients in bowls and piping bags are unnecessarily wasted. Disposable piping bags pollute our earth. This complicated process can be solved with one baking tool, Poché. Poché is able to double as both a mixing bowl and a piping bag.
