Suzhou HuaGang HuWanTianDi

This project is located on the west side of the Lake and the east side of Taihu Lake in Wujiang Development Zone, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with a total land area of 2057.2 ㎡ and a total construction area of 1658.25 ㎡. As the space of residential products sales, it has perfect space streamline, luxurious space experience and superior indoor quality.

For the design concept of this demonstration area, we are inspired by “The Classical Gardens of Suzhou”, emphasizing the integration of architecture and environment, the

interaction between environment and people, and the symbiosis between architecture and people. On the facade of the building, shine champagne gray orifice plate is used in combination with white granite, which echoes the waterfront of Taihu Lake. In landscape design, the traditional garden elements "corridor, garden and water" are disassembled, translated, reconstructed and folded. It combined with streamlines and integrated into the landscape environment. Walking through them is like watching Chinese painting, which is like "walking while the scenery changing". Then enter the room through the landscape corridor, you will see the luxurious furnishings with a height of 8m and the eye-catching open interior layout, which contrasts with the tranquil and quiet garden atmosphere and highlights the lively space atmosphere.

The metal orifice plate on the facade of the building has obtained the best hole fraction through the comparison test for many times. With the wood grain grille inside, it shows thousand kinds of light and shadow changes under the natural light. The lights and shadows appear and change with the passage of time and the white granite brings unique texture, which enables people enjoy a space experience of self-indulgence.
