NANCHANG CIFI JIANGLAI PLAZA

The CIFI plaza is Located in Nanchang Economic Development Area, and it’s designed to create a unique social space of its kind, with a mix-functional space, it holds a mall, commercial block, sunken plaza and a central greenery park, to create an all-round natural ecological "urban living space".

The inception of the facade is inspired from the topography of Nanchang city. The facade is achieved through the combination of aluminum plate and glass, as well as the scattered architectural form, so as to create an integrated space of architectural landscape. The design concept of the aluminum facade is based on the water waves of the Poyang Lake,the glass units create a visual feast through the arrangement of special material with inbuilt lighting.

The interior vertical space design breaks the inherent form, the lotus Terrace - Taking the "lotus leaf" as the design concept, the space is staggered, integrating interest and innovation into the space design, creating a unique public open space; the Open house occupies two floors of space, facing the urban park and overlooking Meiling National Forest Park. Combined with the exquisite and transparent facade, it forms an interactive connection between indoor and outdoor visual connection, creating a unique social space of its kind. The project is planned to open in April 2022.
