BeiGene Innovative Center Office

The core concept of our design is: emphasizing the core people-oriented idea, providing a reasonable functional layout and perfect working facilities, being ecological and environmentally friendly, using sturdy and durable finished customized materials, aiming to create a intelligent research and development base with corporate characteristics and advanced innovation. In this case，we use streamlined design elements, and strive to keep the overall style consistent with the overall building's exterior design style which is harmonious, fresh, and magnificent. The inside and outside elements which demonstrate the corporate temperament blend into one integral whole, fully showing the vigorous development of the R&D office industry. The design hides as much as possible the content between the ceiling and the ground to create a transparent floating space experience, trying to make the entire space present simple and light characteristics. This subtle change and contrast declares the image of technology and of the company of future. This design discards the cumbersome, boring elements of the traditional architecture of the past, explores the new model of future technology office, creates a new office scene that fits the corporate image, and reflects the unique innovative spirit of Baiji Shenzhou.

The overall building of the project presents the shape of a "butterfly". The red circle in the middle is the body of the butterfly" which holds up the wings of life". The form of the building itself has a clear definition of the company's image, reflecting the mission of the company. In order to promote such a working culture, the interior design part of this case will mainly reflect this.

The lobby on the first floor is the main hall of the entire building. The concise and smooth form and rich layering and unique artistic installations show the elegance and modernity of a multinational company. The lobby bar is fully integrated into the standard color system of the company. It gives us a fervent and warm feeling, matched with a warm light source, it is becoming quiet elegant and magnificent and not lacking in humanity.
