Shanghai Songjiang Wanda Kidsplace

With a total area of over 2,100 square meters, the project is located in Songjiang District of Shanghai and represents a large indoor entertainment project for kids designed by Shenzhen Wuxi Design Consultant Co., Ltd. With beach as the theme, the project unveils elements such as sunshine, beach and party, weaving a fairytale world with coexistence of reality and dreams for kids. In terms of choice of colors, combination of high saturation, relatively low contrast ratio and reasonable ratio between cold and warm colors is adopted, which eventually presents lively and positive visual feelings. The abundant colors used in the project manage to deliver dividing and visual direction effects. For young kids, such eye-friendly and abundant colors can exercise the processing ability of their left brains on visual information, which can favorably cultivate the “artistic cells” inside their brains. In addition, the design of the project also integrates principles of bionics with structure of marine life being interpreted by a wide range of indoor entertainment facilities. In order to ensure kids’ safety, the exterior of these entertainment facilities, particularly those with contact of kids’ body, is wrapped with round-corner design with strong encapsulating effects. Aside from injecting more vigor into the entire entertainment space, the project also creates a lively, comfortable and relaxing leisure environment for the parents who accompany their kids.
