Centennial Lounge

This luxury asset investment office was designed to welcome and host potential clients in a cozy and relaxing setting. The space planning strategy allowed for layered spatial qualities where the levels of privacy are varied in each setting. The office facility comprises of a reception foyer, lounge, 4 consultation rooms, 1 large board room, staff lounge with pantry, general office space and 4 director rooms.

The colour palette selected to represent the office and the brand was to imbue a sense of sturdiness and stability. Timber was used extensively at the entrance foyer as trees have always been a symbol of well rooted beginnings and constant growth. The form and shape of the entrance foyer was designed to represent a welcoming embrace. The flow of spaces were also studied extensively together with the requirements of "Feng Shui". We are proud to have designed a water feature which we were told was one of the deciding factor to have us as the awarded team for the job. The water feature served many purposes, it provided the natural serene sound of water and ambience; it was also designed in line with the "Feng Shui" location of wealth for the company. The water fountain was designed such that the water flow was from the entrance door, slowly cascading down into a funnel at the location of "Prosperity". Water, being a symbol of wealth; the water feature tells the story of ever flowing good fortune through the main doors into the company's important place of wealth for prosperity in the many years to come.
