Emerald Hill Retreat

The Emerald Hill Retreat is a major makeover to a penthouse unit of a luxury condo in the heart of Singapore. What is unique about this project is the design approach and meticulous selection down to the texture of materials and the shade of color that is custom prepared on site. The design is experimental, explorative and also bold in many ways. Many construction methods not commonly used in a residential condominium apartment can be found here. A custom cast in situ terazzo floor finish with a upturn kerb which would require on site grinding to achieve the profile, as well as Japanese textured wall to achieve a porous textured wall effect are just some of the unique materials being utilized here.
