Luminance

Aspire to Inspire, three words that stuck with us as we worked on the commercial space of Luminance. With this information, we decided to take on a different experiential approach, the first impression was essential, a green wall with a big screen and a sign that was worked seamlessly into the plants. A textured Dragon painting holds a calming feeling against the off-white wall.

Further alleviating the boldness of the lobby, we created a visual portal, transporting the audience into a state of trance, incorporating circular forms that layered like flowers. The focus was to achieve the right proportions to balance the attention between the open pockets of space.

Staff lounge with bespoke blue upholstered arm chairs. The main feature was a double framed custom artwork with the company vision. While on the opposite corner, there was the hot desk area. Earthy elements adorned the cosy little corner, wood slab tables and Vibia’s Palma lamps are used to let staff break away from monotony. Customised monochrome curtain spectacularly hides away the imperfections of the building façade. Gargantuan tower of books fills the shelves, creating a comfortable reading corner.

A stone’s throw away lies the pantry, close to the hot desk area to allow staff to enjoy their meals in comfort. The pantry utilises a combination of warm tones and textures, further enhanced by metal trims. These walls of storage also act as personal lockers for the staff. Beyond the walls of storage, beholds a stunning meeting room with a grand wall of vibrant Arte panoramique wallpaper. On the other wall green wall fills the negative space to soften the mood.

The management lounge captivates with its warm tones and bold patterns. Two beautiful shelves host awards and decorations, the lightness of the shelves frame the TV wall, decorated in the magnificent Briques wallpaper from Hermès. While a gorgeous pendant light hangs gracefully above the custom upholstered seating, while a quiet corner was also converted into a calling pod for privacy. The outcome of the design was an invigorating and glamourous environment.
