The living room, the dining room and the bar are in an open area, so that the hospitable owner can receive guests warmly.

Though the tall retaining wall outside the kitchen window may block natural light and good ventilation, the atrium ushers in the light and air from the second floor to the first floor. Apart from keeping the refreshing ocean breeze and pleasant sunlight, interaction with family members on the second floor is also made possible.The handrail of the wooden stairway not only is a landscape but also serves to soften and fuse the light from all the floors. In the bedrooms, the play area, the leisure area, the study and the balcony, aside from retaining their individuality and privacy, the design features letting in nature, blending the light and air in the surroundings. The spatial boundaries are removed, and nature stretches into the interior, creating a second home that is comfy, cozy and refined.
