This is a dryer designed for 3D printing consumables. It boasts a storage environment where the opened consumables can be fully dried for dampness avoidance, and the optimal drying temperature or duration of the product is able to be set to quickly dry damp consumables. Such a dryer effectively addresses the printing failure due to consumables affected by dampness, which well improves material utilization and the quality of finished products.

The product adopts the brand-new design of a round body so that it can be compatible with all 1kg coiled consumables in the market. The double heating plates at the top and bottom as well as the innovative circuit layout enables the highest drying temperature of the product to reach 70℃. In this way, this dryer not only is capable of drying conventional printing materials, but also allows for storage and drying of special high-end consumables like PA/PC, achieving an universal applicability to various consumables. The electro-thermal conversion and thermal cycling performance are enhanced, which effectively reduce energy consumption when ensuring that the difference in temperature among areas is within 1 centigrade so as to dry the consumables inside more evenly and thoroughly.

The product equipped with the large-size backlit touch screen facilitates user interaction, by which users can easily set and monitor the consumables processing under multiple environments. Based on parameter summary after numerous tests, the solutions to a variety of consumables are stored in the product to offer users one-button setting, effectively simplifying the operating procedure and lowering the learning threshold to some extent.

The product is designed with the outlet that offers the best angle for connecting with a printer, whose combination with the timing function of consumables processing realizes the integration of drying and printing to provide most freedom for users to conduct 3D printing.
