Siiico Science Park

The project is located in Sanshan New Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, which will be planned as an industrial park in the future. The land is divided into two pieces by Sanshan Country Park. Plot A faces water in the west and Plot B is surrounded by water on three sides. The project site has a unique natural environment.
The project is designed around the concept of modularity, dual interface and three-dimensional ecological park.
The whole plan adopts the basic unit of 500 square meters of modules for layout, and uses the flexible combination of modules to meet the needs of various functions in the future.
Considering the design of double interface in the image of the facade, the interface facing the external road is a whole, as an image display of the project to the city; facing the internal municipal landscape park with a small volume and ablation interface, in order to better communicate with the city Landscape interaction.
Through the setting of a series of waterfront landscape belts, ground courtyards, sunken landscape courtyards, setback gardens and roof gardens, an open, multi-dimensional three-dimensional ecological park is created, creating a beautiful environment for the owners and surrounding residents to live and work.
