Ink Color Residence

The owner of the residence is the headmaster and the hostess is the teacher. Although the teacher is dignified and steady and the model for others, he has a young soul. Because he needs to communicate frequently with others for his career in education, he hopes that the design of the home can embody peace, elegance and restraint. The owner's old mother left a commemorative mahogany solid wood. By re-staining and remodeling of design, new face given is shown with smart image of "Ink and Calligraphy". For some reasons, the partition wall cannot be removed, and showing maximum visual effect is achieved with the minimum engineering by virtue of design ingenuity. Only a small part of the wall surface is removed, the effect of space of 132 square meters being enlarged by 25% . The homeowner greatly appreciates the wideness and the sense of mobility after completion.
The overall color is of low tone, and 0.8mm wood grain stone plastic floor is tiled on the original floor tiles, which not only adjusts the spatial chroma but also reduces the cost and space waste. The ceiling is treated with subtractive decoration and industrial wind. The key parts are rusted with steel plate and are consistent with the floor line.
We uses a full heat exchanger and dehumidifier to maintain comfortable environment with constant temperature and humidity. The environmentally friendly plates replaces processing and painting of woodwork, and environmentally friendly water-based paint is used to reduce waste and cost in decorating projects. Careful design and ingenious details make the overall space a new look. Inheriting the commemorative objects left by elders, blending the spirit and needs of this generation, and bearing the family affection and memories, it becomes a family of scholars worth of taste like ink painting.
