JINMAO SINO-EURO TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION PARK

China Europe International City is located in Qingdao’s National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone and features a total area of approximately 24 hectares. Jinmao sino-euro technology innovation park, which is located in the heart of China Europe International City, organically blends scientific and technological ideals with modern office spaces. In doing so, an integrated and modern new city has been created that features industry and lifestyle services. Based on the concept of a sponge city, the building’s design integrates ecological functions, landscaped walkways, and open public spaces, so as to establish a comprehensive low-carbon travel system and the creation of a sustainable ecological community that has become the first industrial park in China to receive BREEAM certification.
