The project is an upgraded commercial landscape, which mainly plays a role in urban renewal, adapting to the current commercial environment and stimulating its commercial value. The function of commercial space is not only consumption, but the need to return to social life, human life. The commercial building of the project is a classical building, an unconventional commercial building box. The landscape adopts modern techniques to collide with the classical facade of the building and form a contrast. The ground is re-planned to divide the movement line between people and vehicles. With eye-catching bright yellow color as the medium, the landscape is removed from the classical facade of the building by strong intervention, and new vitality is injected into the business. The site integrates the interface through artistic techniques, smiles form moving line guidance, smiles highlight the corporate value, and at the same time, reflects its commercial value in the interaction with people and the site, creating a more friendly and friendly urban interface, and doing city-friendly business.
The total area of the project is about 32,870 square meters, with an average of 425 yuan /m². Obviously, the renovation cost is far from enough. Therefore, the plan carries out key transformation areas for important nodes, such as major commercial import and export, asphalt parking lot that cannot be reused, etc. The general area where the stone can be reused is paved and repaired, so that the quality of the project itself and the cost of balance and unity.
