Office Design

Based on the modern business office environment, the designer adjusted and planned the office layout and structure, and optimized the elements of each component. This design combines minimalism and modernism through design language and design symbols: the fusion of oriental rituals and modern forms, the collision of tradition and modern materials, and the innovative application on details not only bring rich visual enjoyment, but also endow the overall space with spiritual connotation, improving the office experience of the staff and making the design full of aesthetic impression. The overall introduces red color of its corporate VI and off-white, and the red brick walls as the background in the front hall highlights the corporate philosophy of "Builders build the world": that is, no matter the project is large or small, it is all built up, step by step, brick by brick. In the background of red bricks and white walls, the firm corporate philosophy urges the company and the staff to complement each other, creating a virtuous circle. The integration of intelligent office, environmental protection and physical & mental health achieves the unity of science, health and interest: through the facial recognition technology, meeting scheduled system, and contactless access control system, the office staff and visitors can benefit from it with the fully utilized modern technology. In addition, the increased green plants in the office space purify the air and create a healthy working environment. On the basis of ensuring complete meeting facilities, the consistent style of the company continues in the conference room with the more elegant and comfortable wood tones. In the design of the meeting rooms that are different from traditional meeting room, the designer adopts floor-to-ceiling glass, and installs white sheers, which effectively avoid light reflection and ensure the privacy and confidentiality of the meeting content. This design enriches the elements of the office environment, and makes the entire open office area lively but precise. Coupled with partial components such as material display area, negotiation area, multifunctional bar and leisure corner, the overall office space presents a convenient, comfortable and lively effect.
