JOY ONE

This project is a marine-themed sales centre located in Zhuhai City, China. With modern design styles, the building demonstrates southern China’s unique culture and provides customers with a comfortable sales environment.
Considering the seaside view of the city, the design team reduced the shape of waves into curvy lines and integrated them into three-dimensional structures to complete the layout of the project. The design highlights the different functions of each section while ensuring connectivity of the entire space, creating an extended, ocean-like view. The light colour scheme of the building also adds casualness and exquisiteness.
The sea-evocative curves run through the whole project, overlapping and interlacing with each other to inject dynamism into the space. With distinctive soft furnishings, different sections have unique sub-themes that feature swimming fish, coastal land and islands, and ships along the coastline. Under different lighting expressions, the project shows a more tensioned and layered vitality and can perform various functions such as touring, negotiations and entertainment.
The textures and grain of different materials form a harmonious combination. With the conscious adjustment and diversified styles from the design team, a natural and aesthetic atmosphere that corresponds to the sub-themes are created to give the building a low-key luxury quality. With soft visual effects, the project displays to visitors the culture and living philosophy of Zhuhai.
