Wanda Xi'an One·Changan Longyin

Xi'an, known as Chang'an in history, is one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization. Today, as the capital of Shaanxi Province and an important central city in western China, Xi'an is also a national scientific research, education and industrial base. The project is located in Xi'an High-tech Zone, on the east side of Muta Park. The surrounding area has a strong commercial atmosphere and rich landscape resources.
The overall planning and layout of this project continues the traditional urban texture of "streets and courtyards", inherits the local traditional space form of the lifang system, and awakens people's perception and recognition of local culture. The design continues the typical structure of local Chinese-style buildings, and uses modern materials and technologies to create a Lifang block with the traditional symbols of the Han and Tang Dynasties, making a new attempt to revive the local culture.
The design takes into account the resources of the Muta Temple Park on the west side of the site. The rational layout can not only allow more residents to enjoy the lake and park views, but also effectively block the noise source at the urban interface. It also realizes the spiritual longing of people to live in seclusion in the city since ancient times.
The facade concept extracts and symbolizes the characteristic elements of the ancient capital Qin and Han culture, and integrates the design techniques of modern architecture to create a classic that not only meets the taste of modern cities, but also full of the cultural charm of the ancient capital.
