T8 SPACE

T8 SPACE is located in the high-end downtown street shop, which mainly sells tea drinks. By building a mezzanine, the space is separated from the upper and lower floors. The first floor is a freestanding area to provide leisure gathering services. The second floor is business negotiation area, equipped with sofa booth, private room. As a result of the mezzanine, the floor height is lower, and i-steel columns cut through the regular separation of the space. The original pipeline migration is also more, and the installation is lower. Therefore, the design breaks through in space tone, light, structure and layout, telling our unique tea space image with light space atmosphere.

The beautiful artistic conception cannot be separated from the faint color of tea green. The design selects the green of tea to run through the space and become the iconic color. With light wood color, the space is elegant and fresh, with mellow and clear beauty.

On the first floor, in order to solve the height problem of the ceiling, the ceiling is completely bare and painted white, and the ground is light gray matte tile, which opens the sense of openness of the space. The i-shaped steel beams and columns in the original interlayer of the space are wrapped by aluminum plates with light wood grain. In the disordered structure, an orderly array structure is added, which is combined with the lighting, and the track lamp is embedded in the structure. The traditional wood beam forms run through the modern space, integrating new functionality and space aesthetics.

In the area coming up the stairs on the second floor, the structure of transparent wall, wooden checkered display frame and L-shaped ceiling lamp belt weakens the depression caused by the low space and the chaotic sense of high and low pipes.

This project constructs exclusive place experience from the perspective of space design and brand positioning. Through the creation of artistic and immersive tea space, it explores the Oriental fashion aesthetics of natural introverted and defines the fashionable Oriental tea beauty doctrine.
