Taking inspiration from the spiritual core of the original Guangzhou culture, the designer aims to create a multi-functional sales center by taking consideration of the diversified need of contemporary urban life. With the innovative design of life and social area, the design team envision to bring people with innovative visual image on the basis of traditional culture on the one hand, and endow the space with sustainable vitality combined with new artistic expression techniques on the other.

The designer presents the entire space as a cafe in an effort to adapt to the changes of the new generation group. In addition, grey and green serve as the space's primary colors in terms of material choice, with grey and white serving as the room's focal point. Under the decoration of metal and green luxury stone, a fashionable and exquisite sales office with Lingnan style is created.

The gleaming metal reception desk emphasizes the color and texture when light shining on it, thus enhancing visual memory and highlighting the sense of future and refinement.

Taking Foshan dancing lion, a typical element of Lingnan culture as an art prototype, and taking advantage of the "flower" element, the designer aims to create an exaggerated abstraction image featuring appreciation and art, especially under the auspicious and lovely atmosphere. In addition, the dancing lion created with flower art is a cultural expression that draws on traditional elements to create a joyful garden in an urban setting.

The designers maintains the building's block composition, that is, taking the interior space as a block, and creates relationships between various blocks with the help of the spatial structure. The sandbox area is a prime example of this spatial expression style, where many rules and substantial blocks of planar configuration are together, and concave and convex surfaces appear at random to emphasize the contrast and variation of the overall space. The installation of beams softens the starkness of the strip space's top on the one hand, and strikes a balance between rationality and sensibility, thus creating an impression of a vast spectacle and ceremonial order.
