Wenzhou Olympic Sports Center

Wenzhou Olympic Sports Center , located in Longwan district, Wenzhou city, is one of the competition venues of Hangzhou Asian Games, as well as a new cultural landmark of Wenzhou city，which consists of a main stadium, a comprehensive gymnasium and the north and south squares.
We made a perfect blend of the architectures and lighting technique, not only to visualize the architectural rhythm，but also to make the most of the architectural features and functions.The main stadium is lively in shape, like a flying seagull; and the streamlined structure of the comprehensive gymnasium looks like a stretched ribbon.
Indirect lighting method has been used in all interior spaces, which could both control the angle of light to avoid glare from affecting the game, and create a better atmosphere during game time.
We adopted the multifunctional pole projection in the exterior lighting on the buildings——one pole can be used in lighting the building facades and the plaza at the same time. Those lights on the poles are under precisely control, which makes the building a landscape with more cultural connotations.
