VEGETA by ZAKER

VEGETA is a leather alternative product provided by ZAKER. Compared with real leathers, it replace animal skin with the vegan elements to be more animal-friendly. Compared with traditional synthetic leathers, it replace the petroleum base with the pure plant base in its raw materials on the coating to be more eco-friendly by greatly reducing carbon footprints. Therefore, VEGETA has a substantial breakthrough in environmental protection and sustainable development. Meanwhile, VEGETA employs the AQUAE water-based production process, which requires no water, no acidic substances, or any harmful chemicals such as heavy metals in the production process, and no animal ingredients are used as well, thus consuming less non-renewable petroleum-derived materials.
This product adopts the AQUAE water-based production process, which is safe and eco-friendly in line with the OEKO-TEX and ZDHC standards, as well as the requirements of the REACH Act. The production will not consume or pollute water resources. No acid dyes, DMF solvents, or any harmful chemicals including heavy metals will be used as well. Therefore, workers rest assured to manufacture with the production process free from emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and customers rest assured to purchase with the finished product free from DMF.
While meeting the quality requirements of users by imitating the surface style and physical properties of real leather, VEGETA replaces real leather with pure bio-based raw materials, consuming less petroleum-based raw materials compared to traditional synthetic leather, and so protects animals and the natural environment.
