Located in Zhuhai with abundant natural resources, the designers endeavour to build this project into a new urban landmark of arts and humanities, boosting the high-quality integrated development in the high-tech area. Thus, this Co-life collaborative space is born at the right moment, serving as a new type of urban reception hall redefined in terms of future operations. This sales center, not only a showcase for marketing, but also will be used in the neighborhood on a daily basis. It will function as a community public area for people of all ages to interact with each other, an afternoon tea restaurant for friends to get together, a coffee shop to mark artistic trends, a weekend classroom for parents and children to share, and a leisure spot to relax and bond with neighbors. The pattern of the space is orderly displayed according to the demarcation point of the circle. As the first impression of guests, the circle installation along with the three-dimensional shelving, meets the potential needs for the sustainable operation and flexible layout in the future amid the variable color effect. At the same time, the negotiation area, the water bar, the coffee area and the parent-child book bar are situated in all directions of the circular pattern, forming a smooth cycle of business and promoting people interaction and commercial complexes while also deepening the aesthetic artistry via the blending of various lifestyle. The designer firmly believes that design is rational and systematic, giving importance to creativity, positioning, materials, colors and techniques. In order to prolong the product’s life cycle in the multiple forms of a community reception room, emphasis has been placed on digging out the artistic flexibility of wood, leather, marble, metal and laminated glass, enriching nature and humanity while evoking and realizing the vitality and value of the space.
