Changzhou Poly Tianhui

The project is located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. During the Northern and Southern Dynasties, 15 emperors of Qi and Liang dynasties came from Changzhou. There are many emperors, which is known as the place of Longxing, Therefore, it is called "Longcheng". The site is located in Xinbei District of Changzhou City, with multiple railway stations and bus stations within 7km. The transportation is very convenient, and it is an important area of quality life in Xinbei district. The project is close to Changzhou municipal government, with perfect educational resources and public facilities, a dense surrounding living atmosphere, and a number of parks and commercial shopping centers.



In the design of the project, the symmetrical enclosure art of the Wangfu pattern is adopted, and the essence of Chinese and Western Gardening Art is absorbed. With the theme of "Fu inherits the rivers and mountains", the "heaven", "earth", "people", "culture" and "harmony" are abstracted and integrated into the overall space to form a spatial layout of "one axis, one ring, five entrances and eight squares“.



Architects fully explore the value of urban landscape to the plot, and pay attention to the mutual integration with the internal garden. The layout of the inner palace and the outer palace creates a respectful pattern of North-South central axis symmetry and axis ritual sense.



Through the hotel type drop off area on the main axis and the central axis sequence, the courtyard, the sunken courtyard, the owner's reception hall, the sunshine lawn, and the full-age vitality park are gradually entered.



The team combine the landscape to create a luxurious mansion experience full of ceremony, luxury and dignity. As to the overhead floor design,through the overhead space, the whole core landscape and the urban green belt on the south side will be integrated, and the progressive landscape will give the owner the most comfortable home experience and improve the overall quality and value.
