The project, Ware Elegance, is a complex space that integrates dining, porcelain, furniture exhibition, and art. There is a café on the second floor and an exhibition area on the second floor. In addition, the first floor has an outdoor courtyard. The large windows bring the lush greenery outside to the interior, just like a dynamic landscape. The scenery outside the windows connects the interior with the exterior, conveying the message from the seasons to the people inside. People can walk freely through each space and enjoy the comfortable and joyful atmosphere brought by the sunlight. Moreover, the three curved sectors on the first floor extend upward to create a strong visual tension. The ceiling is shaped with cascading volumes and curved lines that seem to flow through the space. The detailed curved surfaces are softened and lightly cut to create elegant lines and shadows with the design of light sources. Meanwhile, the drainage pipes at the ceiling are subtly trimmed. Next, the kitchen and counter areas are semi-penetrated and indirectly separate the public and private areas. The main wall is painted with a special mineral paint, which has a slightly convex effect and gives the wall a natural and rustic touch. Moving up to the second floor, the designer merged two small rooms into one large exhibition area. The designer then reduced the number of partitions in the space to emphasize the public area, further using materials, colors, and geometric volumes to depict a diverse vision. The ceiling is cut by a lattice shape with interlocking lines through the light strips, which smoothly dispels the pressure from the roof beams. It is worth mentioning that the front of the showcase is equipped with three latticed sliding doors to present different display effects according to the number of items in the collection. Such a plan revitalizes the interaction between exhibits and space, thus revealing the core of the design.
