The project is located in the central urban area of Guancheng, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China. The total site area of the project is 56,264.97 m², and the capacity building area is 168,454.25 m², with superior traffic conditions and abundant supporting resources.

The project focuses on shaping the benchmark image of new Chinese style future living in Zhengzhou. The design fully respects the urban context, humanistic care and the spirit of the times, and inherits and reconstructs traditional cultural life scenes to create a high-quality living environment for future life!

Relying on the resource advantages of the surrounding areas, the project traces the elements of traditional courtyard living space, Chinese-style ritual axis and classical gardens, reproduces Chinese-style humanistic elegant collections, and awakens the poetic new life of the community.

The overall planning presents a pattern of "one core and two axes", creating a space environment that is compatible with the city and shaping a rich and diversified community scene. At the same time, attention is paid to the construction of the urban skyline along the street to form the image of the skyline with high and low levels along the street.

Based on the full understanding and mining of customer needs, the designers create a full-scale product experience. Chinese etiquette house style pattern, sufficient sunshine conditions, good ventilation environment from north to south, quiet and private space construction, dynamic and static combination of popular organization, and flexible and variable full life cycle adaptability reflect the vision of humanized care for customers, creating a livable community throughout the life cycle for people.

Architectural modeling inherits the traditional oriental context, and reinterprets Chinese aesthetics in combination with modern aesthetic trends! It learns from the three-stage form of the ancient buildings of the Confucian temple in Zhengzhou around the base, studies and excavates the traditional architectural form, and weighs and polishes the classical scale, indexes and interprets the symbol pattern to reconstruct the new Chinese national rhyme image with the characteristics of the POWERCHINA!
