The modern landscape design creates a high-quality concise comfortable convenient comprehensive park.

The sales center is designed based on the concept of “a box rising from water” with the idea of an art park. In the forecourt, the pure and delicate waterscape highlights the whole project. The inlaid circular space breaks tradition; the greenery on both sides enhances the atmosphere; and sunk leisure spaces are set up on both sides of the site.

The project is themed "White Horse Commercial Street", and the element of white horses runs through the street. The large "white horse" sculpture at the entrance attracts visitors to interact, increasing the liveliness of the commercial interface; while the small installations in the pergola and mini-parks bring a sense of geniality.

The residential area has a concept of "clouds, mountains, and seas", which highlights the modern and simple style. Through the four major highlights of "dignified entrance, etiquette axis, theme activity area, and garden house", it creates a good ecological environment of Dalian Bay and an exquisite functional happy community.
