CAPOL DREAM OFFICE

This is an innovative building by CAPOL on the site of Dongguan Industrial Park, which is fully applied with the industrialization concept to the whole process from concept design to construction and construction.
The design concept of the building facade is inspired by "movable type printing", one of the four great inventions in ancient China. Through the clever arrangement and combination of seven standardized window unit components, a very distinctive industrialized office building facade texture is formed. Concrete, wood, metal and glass, the use of four main space materials, not only reflects the special texture of industrialized buildings, but also ensures a warm and family-friendly atmosphere and exquisite and ingenious details in the interior space.
A comfortable outdoor or semi-outdoor natural environment is created in the building through the semi-enclosed outdoor courtyard on the south side, the underground courtyard on the negative first floor, and the air setback on the west side of the building, allowing users to easily experience indoor and outdoor spaces. Convert, to quickly unwind after intense work. Reasonable space layout and intelligent lighting and air-conditioning systems enable users in the building to obtain a good and uniform lighting and ventilation environment at different working positions, taking into account fairness and comfort.
