Tagine, also known as micro pressure cooker, is a Moroccan cookware. This product ingeniously improves it in Chinese style to make it more in line with Chinese cooking habits.

The aluminum alloy-made pot body is covered with nano ceramic layer,, which increases the hardness to 7H-9H, and makes the product robust, durable and easy-to-clean. The anti-bacteria components-added interior shell can keep the food fresh and inhibit bacteria. The pot has thick bottom and thin shell, and adopts the integrated teeming technology, which can conduct heat quickly and evenly, and reduce lampblack during cooking. Tagine is different from others for its high pot lid. While cooking, the high pot lid can accumulate steam, condense it into droplets and then drip back to the food evenly, therefore forms a internal reflux circulating to better preserve the original flavor of the food. Both the pot body and the pot cover are designed as rounded rectangles - rotate the pot cover to dislocate it from the pot body to form ventilation holes, so as to quickly release the steam, reduce the pressure in the pot, achieve the effect of collecting juice and prevent overflow, and at the same time avoid steam burns.

In order to facilitate cooking and pick & place, a detachable structure is added on the handle of the Tagine pot to realize flexible handle switch. The long handle can be quickly installed or removed by rotation, while the anti-scalding handle can be easily installed through nesting. The product can be used as a frying pan with the long handle and transferred into a soup pot with the silicone handle, therefore meets the different cooking needs and facilitates cleaning and storage.
