Metropolis Lake

At the beginning, we insisted on deducing the design with the method of "de-displaying districts". As a pure land of this city, we hope that it will be a gift to the citizens. We used a more extroverted space form to activate people's sense of participation, paid attention to the compatibility between the site and the city, and reshaped the warm scene in the old city.



The site presents a long and narrow boundary. The design connects the continuous and open public entrance spaces to form a rich and inclusive space form. At the same time, it resolves the oppression of the space and establishes a more positive surrounding community relationship, reflecting compatibility with the city.



We defined the core entrance area into the sales office as the city square, take the "spring" as the core of interaction, and build a pure place under the forest with the ginkgo forest. we took life in the forest and spring water to give citizens more possibilities to participate in here, also paid tribute to the characteristics of Jinan's spring city.



The space gives citizens the urban attributes of rest and communication. Here, residents can truly feel the value brought by the design to the improvement of life experience, rejuvenate the vitality of the site, and improve the quality of the environment.
