Landz Villa

As residential design concerned, any form of presentation must eventually return to the residence itself, which needs to meet three characteristics: good-looking, easy to use, and easy to maintain. Designer Zhou Zixuan is the founder of Zixuan villa Space. He designed his own villa in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It is 1100 square meters, modern and fashionable with beautiful lines, creating an elegant and timeless sense of space.



Excellent ground floor outdoor views, neutral walls and pierced spaces provide a backdrop for the bright textured composition. Key elements of the interior are Italian marble, natural fabrics and artwork, with light luxury furniture and lighting combined with minimalist. The character of the interior is accentuated by elements such as faux slate, fabrics and metals, both in the large surfaces and in the details, the designer pursues purity and simplicity.



There is no frills in the living room, subtle tones, rich textures and artwork, each design is unique, the overall simplicity, handsome and stylish. The simple porch is matched with marble slate patterns, glass mirror strips and lighting settings, conveying pure and simple traces of life.
