The Capital Land Digital Technology Center

The Capital Land Digital Technology Center is located in the central business District axis of Nanjing Hexi New Town. It has good geographical advantages and industrial development prospects.

The design attempts to build the park into an urban complex with Internet service industry as the core and artificial intelligence, big data, block chain, cloud computing and other industries as the support. The project aims to achieve three visions: to create a futuristic technology and innovation park with a dynamic building skin, to create a vibrant social destination connecting commercial facilities and multiple business forms, to create a healthy and ecological urban oasis with the introduction of an ecological park.

Based on these three visions, the planning layout takes “the digital forest” as the concept and The design brings in “three axes”, the green health axis, the future technology axis, the innovative commercial axis from north to south. At the core of the site, it also creates a north-south vitality integration axis. The Four Seasons Garden, The Vitality Square, The Waterfront Square, The Sunken Courtyard, The Technology Square, The City Living Room and other special spaces are connected successively on these axes. It will bring multi-level spatial experience for the office workers and the community residents.

The park integrates office, residence, dining and retail. The office tower, with 58.com as the leading enterprise, forms a future industrial ecosphere. The interior is designed with the shared sky courtyard. The sky garden and the roof garden are designed at the top to bring city view into the tower. The form of the façade uses white vertical line to highlight vertical sense of the tower with corresponding to the concept of digital forest.

The layout of the apartment conforms to the urban texture and forms an inner garden to create a green living in a high-tech city. Café, casual dining, fitness, book bar and other commercial types are introduced to serve the internet community and create a regional social destination.
