Kincang-Egrets City

The project is located in Shengzhou, the hometown of the famous Yue Opera. Taking advantage of the riverside location, the interior and exterior of the community are connected through an open plaza, which is a multidimensional speacs with an overhead platform. Different functional modules are divided on the plaza. The space will create a stable and highly participatory experience. The design is inspired by terminal building, the overhead platform is like a leisure island in the terminal building that passengers pass through on their way. The green corridor is used to connect to the overhead platform. The platform is designed to have activity spaces for all age groups such as fashion station, children's playground, meeting lunge and more. There is also a swimming pool area, through the remodeling of the space, the trinity of architecture, landscape and interior is realized, so that the ground, underground, indoor and outdoor are integrated and seamlessly connected. Make full use of the underground space to create outdoor sunken swimming pools and indoor clubs. It is not only a swimming pool, but also a light luxury club in the community.
