In Guangzhou South Lake Villa, Vance Design is responsible for the whole project design from architecture to garden, interior, equipment and soft furnishings. With a single-door courtyard, sunken landscape, and rich functions, the top luxury living environment has been built for residents.





The selection of materials for the living room is full of naturalism. The combination of raw wood and luxurious marble interprets a modern and elegant vibe. With cascading lamps, simple lines and retro furnishings, the space is calm and dynamic, filled with layers. In addition, the open kitchen, geometric interspersed countertop and appropriate artistic decoration meet the practical functions while integrating into the residents' relaxed life. The transparent top draws natural light into the room, and people can enjoy their life when sitting on the inclusive sofa, pouring a glass alone, or gathering with friends and family.





In the master bedroom, volumetric marble separates functions with a sculptural posture, and the floor-to-ceiling windows and the terrace bring sufficient light. Moreover, as a venue to know the world, the gentle curves participate in children's lives among the soft lights. The functional area created by alternating wood finish and soft package allows children to grow in the knowledge paradise at ease. With elegance as the main tone, the custom wood finish combined with mint green bed screen, desk and single chair bring a light and soft living experience for the little master. Besides, the multi-functional leisure area is adjacent to the fitness space, following the elegant color of the public area, and creating a free oasis for relaxation, fitness and entertainment.
