Guangzhou Red County Villa

In this three-story single-family house with a total area of up to 1,600 square meters, Vance Design is an integrated designer from architecture, landscaping, interior, soft furnishings, products to engineering. After research of customer’s demands and preferences, the designer integrates China’s and western aesthetics and artistic taste, making house both modern and classical, to build a pleasing life and spiritual habitat for residents.





The first impression of entryway is filled with a strong classical flavor. The French elegance and classical romance are conveyed through carved details and stereoscopic art installation. The round-arched window is a classic image of French style. The designer uses the overlapping forms of circular arcs and geometry to frame the view of the living room, so that people can view natural changes of four seasons. The dome ceiling is clearly layered in the light ribbon, with crystal feathers roaming between them, creating a serene atmosphere with the marble fireplace. When people push door into the garden, life and nature are connected without borders and coexist harmoniously. And the dual design of a coiled staircase and elevator gives the living space flexibility with dynamic lines.





The static and dynamic partitions of the master bedroom are in line with the residents' daily living habits. For the elders' room, a unique setting of TV wall is the designer's care for the leisure activities of the elder. The underground wine cellar is the owner's wine collection space as well as a meeting space. The metal wine racks and hidden light strips reflect a sense of order and become the visual center of the space. The water bar is not partitioned from the lounge area, and shining crystal lamps, elegant marble bar, abstract art paintings and classic leather sofas are harmoniously matched. The designer not only plans the landscape of the roof garden, but also incorporates lifestyle into it. When night falls, the top floor garden is enveloped in the poetic light of swaying flowers and trees. With sunken sofa, top bar counter, starlight terrace, mossy rocks, flowing springs, residents can have fun together with their family and friends.
