“The 24 Middle Gap Road” is a luxury residential house located in Hong Kong Island, China.

This Victorian-style house is perched on a verdant mountaintop.



The house has two storeys and a basement. The total area of the three floors is 1,280 sm. There is also a garden,

a swimming pool and a rooftop garden.



The site is surrounded by lush mountains on all sides and there is an unobstructed sea view on the southern side.



The project is thoroughly and meticulously designed both interiorly and exteriorly. The designer has paid particular attention to

spatial planning. A modern classic approach is used to create an opulent and comfortable living space with seven suites.



The ground floor is dedicated to a vestibule, a living room, a Chinese dining room and a Chinese kitchen as well as a

Western dining room and a Western kitchen. This floor leads to a garden and a swimming pool outside.



The first floor comprises the ensuite bedrooms and a familiy room, while the basement is designed to be

an entertainment area that is connected to a garage.



The rooftop as a sky garden, provides relaxing outdoor sitting and dining areas.
