This design takes “Green & Low-carbon” as the theme to create a smart city where nature and human beings complement each other. By virtue of the ingenious integration of ecological environment and urban architecture, the ecological and forest construction of the whole city will be strengthened, as well as the density, to form a harmonious environment between human and nature, therefore, the urban residents can feel the humanistic atmosphere and natural scenery anytime and anywhere. The designer seeks a balance between nature and life. It is committed to improving the city operation efficiency while building a green city, including management efficiency, traffic efficiency, and convenient life. It utilizes advanced information technologies such as artificial intelligence, 5G, big data, etc. to achieve smart management. With AI, and optimized traffic signals, and smart fully variable lanes, it improves traffic efficiency. The intelligent heating cloud platform is used for heating metering and automatic system regulation, so that the overall energy consumption of the heating system can be reduced and controlled, helping the green, intelligent and carbon-neutral city construction. Adhering to the concept of "science & technology change life", the highly intelligent collaborative interaction management system of smart city can greatly improve the efficiency of comprehensive management, which realizes the digitalization and virtualization of all urban elements, real-time and visualization of status, and collaborative management decisions. Meanwhile, energy conservation and emission reduction activities are carried out in industries, transportation, buildings and other fields to promote the transformation of green and low-carbon life and improve the efficiency of resource utilization and the resource recycling.
