The Starry Center

The Starry Center is located in the urban oasis in Hangzhou's Binjiang District. It integrates with the natural landscape to bring the scenario commercial spaces with the theme of forest, lake and wilderness, and create different community green spaces. Thanks to the high-tech industry of "Paradise Silicon Valley" in Hangzhou High-tech Zone, a large number of young high-tech talents will gather here, and buildings with a sense of technology and fun will attract more young people.



Building a "FUN-PARK" 24-hour community lifestyle center is the purport of the whole project. Aiming at this more independent consumer group with unique consumption habits, the design penetrates multiple themes of sports and entertainment into various links such as indoor and outdoor, business format and space environment. The open space and facilities will be available free of charge to the surrounding residents around the clock to form a center of activity in people's lives, which will bring pedestrian volume to the site and thus commercial value.



The project is a community-type building group consisting of five tower buildings and one podium building, covering an area of 300,000 square meters, where tens of thousands of people can work and live. This comprehensive life and social center covers retail, catering, entertainment, sports, accommodation, office and other functions, providing a new gathering place for the residents of Binjiang District. All kinds of people meet here to create a diversified lifestyle. The tallest tower here is 120 meters high and currently houses the regional headquarters of tech company TikTok. The podium building of 100,000 square meters houses the Binjiang store of Intime Department Store, a well-known chain department store brand in China.
