TSG D1

TSG D1 is the first cobblestone-shaped AI government robot in the industry, breaking the monotony of traditional government robots. Based on big data technology, voice recognition, natural language processing, speech synthesis and other AI technologies, it provides intelligent virtual customer service, and intelligent business handling services to citizens, solve complex, time-consuming, and massive problems for staff, and improves overall work efficiency. TSG D1 supports touch-screen, remote control, and voice operation, allowing for remote control and lowering the risk of COVID-19 infection from close contact.


Robots can realize the interconnection of urban government systems, support cross-regional and cross-spatial government remote processing, and complete more than 700 citizen business handling and consulting services throughout the process using the IoT and big data technology. Citizens can conduct their transactions in the robot. The system can directly push the information to the department's business approval system. There is no need to re-enter information in the provincial and municipal vertical management approval systems, reducing staff burden, and truly facilitating and benefiting the people.


The robot is outfitted with advanced voice recognition that can process 300 words of speech in one minute and has an accuracy of up to 95%. Built-in 6-mic linear array kit improves noise reduction and radio reception, eliminating the need for long-distance conversations. Simultaneously, the system supports voice input and language customization in over ten dialects, including Sichuan, Dongbei, and Henan dialects, and provides more personalized and emotional natural interaction/communication, taking into account elderly parents and foreign friends who do not understand Mandarin.


Its appearance is inspired by the shape of a cobblestone, breaking the traditional machine's square and dull image. The smooth pebble surface and pure white highlight the sense of sophistication and one-of-a-kind creativity. When the screen illuminates, the lighting effect at the edge makes TSG D1 look like surrealist art, providing people with a fashionable, scientific, safe, and dependable visual sensory experience. At the same time, it perfectly matches the government's rigorous and meticulous image.
