The TRIAL Play Kit

The TRIAL is a real escape game. Players can combine their mobile devices with a play kit sent from a mysterious hacker group named "TRICAT" to collect clues from the real world and the Internet, hence reveal the social case piece by piece and bring the criminals in the twilight zone to trial.

The play kit is replicated as a real package with vintage stickers showing cybercrime details. The silver laser foil sticker and garbled address also vaguely reveal some information about the mysterious hacker group.

Considering players may travel in a long time, two locking tabs are designed to lock the carton with all props kept in two envelopes and firmly stored in holding slots. Another eye-catching design in the package is two dull silver envelopes printed with large monospaced fonts, creating a scientific atmosphere for players to scan QR code and explore the virtual forum.
