Light Luxury World

This project is a new single-story residential plan with an approximately 84 square meters interior area. Considering the phased needs of small families, the open flow for socializing and the three-bedroom configuration are just refined. In response to the client's preference for a calm, restrained, detailed, and textured new house, the project is subsequently perfected through spatial proportions, soothing color harmonization, exquisite craftsmanship, and the composition of different materials.

The entrance door is not rigidly separated but directly incorporated into the common area shared by the guest and the dining room. The TV wall and high storage cabinets are on both sides of the door, surrounded by the wall around the center island and dining table.

The main wall of the living room is made of natural stone parquet, which has an ornamental value. At the same time, the built-in cabinet on the left side not only adds layers but also successfully shifts the heaviness of the material. The back wall of the sofa is made of beige-gray-green leather. Moreover, the finishing touch is divided into flat bandages, three-dimensional embossing, and intricate processes such as stitching, which reveal the classic Hermes low-key luxury. Also, the house’s light and the extravagant highlight is the ceiling spanning the entire public area. In addition to the gilt French border with corner-guided arcs, it is also enriched with focus lights and indirect lights to create a variety of options for the home.

The primary and secondary bedrooms are customized and decorated with velvet, wall coverings, and healthy paints according to the user's preference. The exclusive gray-glass closet in the master bedroom reveals a charming boutique hotel atmosphere.
