This client is a global entertainment company who has properties across the world. As part of the re-branding and re-concepting of their major brand, our firm concepted a new room design as part of a full property phased renovation. Scope included all guestrooms, suites and corridors for 2 of their towers. These suites feature a modernized Roman style, distilled into an effortless, sophisticated design. The concept is derived from the neighboring ocean view and includes touches of soft and supple materials, high-end millwork and stylized furnishings, as well as specialty curated artwork. The palette is a subtle mix of cool blues, soft wood tones, brass accents and beautiful stone accents. These suites achieve a tailored and thoughtful design that exude a modern sense of luxury.

The design for this tower included 230 guestrooms across 30+ guestroom and suite types divided into 2 phases, in addition to a sister tower of 620 additional guestrooms. The design phase started in October of 2020 and in order to meet a very aggressive timeline for construction, it required the design team to quickly produce a design, present, specify and document all room types within a 3 month total time period. Construction and FF&E procurement started immediately and in working closely with select strategic partners, everything was able to be produced in-budget and on-time in a time of increasing labor and supply shortage constraints.
