Lanyue Clubhouse,Hohhot

The project is located in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, a clubhouse serving the high-end apartments of Lanyue. The space is composed of multiple functional spaces including indoor swimming pool, indoor golf, squash room, multi-functional reading room, yoga room, and leisure activity room, At the beginning of the design, the designer integrated the concept of "art, nature, and health" into the space planning with a unique philosophical design thinking, and got inspiration from Luke Jerram's installation work "Moon Museum" and Jennifer Watt's sculpture work "Mother and Child" , and then create an aesthetic living hall full of artistic atmosphere for the client, also endow the space with humanistic care. In this project, the minimal glazing details and the layered landscaping blurs conventional boundaries to enhance the sense of continuity. It is also the designer's tribute to the ubiquitous nature of this grassland capital.
