The project is hidden in the Baili wild azalea forest belt in the middle section of the Wumeng Mountain system on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, which enjoys the reputation of "Ribbon of the Earth". Green, healthy, natural and ecological design tendency has become the development trend of architecture, landscape and interior design. The design of the resort harmonizes the artificial and natural environment, and satisfies people's desire to return to nature in form and function. In this way, the natural and ecological theme can be reflected and the organic combination of green and ecological environmental consciousness and vacation and leisure lifestyle can be achieved.

The project covers complete accommodation, catering, banquet, leisure, hot spring resort and training and other star-level service functions, with a total of 200 rooms. However, the shape of the site is not ideal if it is to meet the needs of the volume mentioned above. The foothills here are steep, and the height difference between the highest point and the lowest point is more than 20 meters. How to integrate the detailed and complicated contents into the strict terrain conditions is the focus and difficulty of the design of this project.

Under the overall design strategy of breaking up the whole into parts, the hotel design restores the scattered layout of mountain villages. The whole project starts from the landscape of the site and gradually rises from the lake to the mountain, and the overall skyline is well-proportioned, forming a delicate and diversified sense of mountain community. The public areas are not in line with the guest areas and they are arranged at different heights. In this way, people in the public area can view the inner lake, while guests in the rooms can enjoy a private view of the landscape without being disturbed. The higher the room, the wider the lake view guests can enjoy.
