The rest of life

The name of the project, "The rest of life", is to the needs of the two residents. To serve the elderly, the project is based on their preferences for forming an elderly-friendly space. The color palette is a fresh, pastel green, complemented by the original textures and characteristics of stone and wood to show elegance and tranquility.

For the rest of their lives, tea and Buddhist rituals are the focus. Based on the people-oriented approach, the layout is planned with their respective favorite areas and flexibly adapted to the site conditions to improve space utilization. Moreover, the designer thoughtfully considered the possible details and inconveniences of the future and strengthened the waterproofing and anti-collision to create a comfortable home after retirement for the elderly.
