Since ancient times, Mount Qingcheng has held the title of "the first mountain beneath the sky." In Mount Qingcheng, escaping the heat in the summer and taking a wintertime hot springs bath have both become popular pastimes. It is also regarded as one of the locations where Taoism originated, one of the most significant Taoist sites in China, and a Taoist holy site that is renowned all over the globe. To interpret the Taoist concept of natural, calm, and idle spirit, the project's design aims to merge the architectural space with the environment of the mountains and rivers. By incorporating the surrounding scenery into the spatial design, the Mount Qingcheng B&B Hotel's architecture strives to create a bright and beautiful setting where guests can relax and come in touch with nature. In terms of architecture, the project's design is adaptable and tailored to the site's advantages, with ecology, culture, and habitat playing a significant role in the creation of the ideal fairy home. The exterior landscape and viewpoint of the building are the finishing touches to make people feel at ease, as if they are in a paradise.
