The design of the mansion reveals the owner’s love for camellias. From the curtains to the flooring, the design allows the owner to be surrounded by her favorite thing.

The owner who has lived abroad for many years has a taste for French Decadence style, classic and retro, but she also loves Oriental culture. Therefore, the colors, furniture and details used in the living room are classic French, yet the walls are modded with light-colored wood, a natural material that its warmth and color reminds people of oriental element. In this way, the eastern and western styles are combined to achieve a balanced and interesting design.

Unlike the classical unit, the whole living room is an open space, which makes it more integrated. It allows the design to be presented more smoothly without partitions. The camellia pattern on the floor is made of glazing, and the rest of the floor is mosaic. The ceiling is decorated with delicate pattern like lace to echo the floor.

There are nine glazed camellia flowers on the floor. In Chinese, the homophonic pun of nine represents "eternity", and in ancient Chinese culture, nine stands as the highest rank in numbers, symbol of a very high status. While the pun of flower is associated with "prosperous". Hence, the nine camellia flowers are thoughtful design that carries good messages.

Through the large glass windows, the flowers inside the house corresponds with the flowers in the outdoor garden and fountain. Which again allows the owner of the mansion to be in touch with her favorite icon - the flowers, at any time and anywhere.
