As a natural material, wooden product have environmentally friendly, sustainable and renewable attributes. Therefore, wooden plates can not only have unique natural touch & feel and good environmental adaptability, but also can make the end-consumers feel excitedly and get more sense of environmental protection engagement.
In order to demonstrate the unique attributes of the wooden plates, we select the corrugated board which has similar touch feeling and visual appearance as the packing material, and abandon printing process, aim to get same original ecology package style and echo the natural touch & feel attributes of the wooden plate. Embossed text and braille design can deliver necessary product information and brand image to the end-consumers without printed graphic, and give cares to the persons who has visual impairment.
Regarding the structural design, we adopt a unique universal design which can not only exactly interpret the protection and buffer performance , but also can apply to different plate size in a certain range. When different plate be packed into the package, the edge of the plate will push the sandwich structure and drive the auto-adaptation pincer holders to hold the plate in right position and avoid relative move during transportation. This universal design can bring competitive cost and convenience to the inventory management.
