Green is the color of life. It is associated with nature and healing. In an open floor plan layout, warm wood accents, soothing light green tones and winding curves paired with abundant daylight from the floor-to-ceiling windows turn the house into a mini forest, bringing a sense of spaciousness and freedom as well as creating a peaceful view to enjoy every day.

In the entryway, antique rustic-style tiles with flower patterns provide a warm welcome. Wooden elements make a room look visually stable and the shoe benches and storage cabinets in staggered heights add depth and build rich layers. The curved archway leads the eye to the living room. The changes in shapes imply the distinction of fields and allow the mind to unwind.

The exterior of the TV wall connects to the storage cabinet with rounded edges which not only reduce the awkwardness of abrupt level changes, but also add smoothness visually. The hand-applied grayscale paint is integrated with a slim metal trim which refracts gorgeous lighting and sparkles like crystals in the daylight, adding richness to the home. The lower TV cabinet is made of a wooden countertop and semi-circular panel. The fresh colors add good tension to a room.

Without a floor-to-ceiling partition, a half-height wooden wall behind the sofa and the bar area for cooking divide the space. Masses clearly delineate the boundaries of the fields and preserve the harmonious interaction between family members at the meantime. At a glance, the wooden low wall and display cabinet with curves create a sense of balance. Decorating the space with green square tiles is such a fun way to liven up a room.

In the public sphere, a large beam spans across the center of the canopy. To avoid the feeling of obstruction caused by the beam, the cambered surfaces are added to create a smooth visual line. The rounded corners of the canopy also maintain the integrity of the block.
